Bedford Borough Council, Central Bedfordshire Council and Milton Keynes Council are offering a free new service for advice and support on topics such as mental health, addiction, the feeling of isolation and much more.
Sessions are being held between 10am and 12pm at the Biggleswade Children’s Centre on Chestnut Avenue.
