Football facilities
The Town Council manages the following football facilities:
Stratton Way
- 1 football pitch (100 yards x 60 yards) with limited security floodlights
- 1 training area with floodlights – (60 yards x 40 yards)
- Changing rooms
The Lakes
- 1 football pitch (98 yards x 55 yards) with no floodlights
- 1 football pitch (75yards x 50 yards) with no floodlights
- Changing rooms
Eagle Farm Road
- 1 football pitch (80 yards x 50 yards) with no floodlights
- 1 football pitch (60 yards x 40 yards) with no floodlights
- 1 football pitch (40 yards x 30 yards) with no floodlights
- Changing rooms
Fees
These fees for 2021/2022 apply to all of the aforementioned facilities and are inclusive of VAT.

- Juniors (Under 18s): pitch – £13.00
- Juniors (Under 18s): pitch and changing rooms – £13.00
- Adults (Stratton Way only): pitch only – £33.00
- Adults (Stratton Way only): pitch and changing rooms – £55.00
Seasons
Football pitches are booked out for the football season. Pitches are available to hire during the football season from Late August until May and left to rest from June until August.
Contracts
Football contracts are required before teams can use these facilities.
Booking of pitches
Requests to use the pitches are to be communicated to the Town Council before use with a completed booking sheet, which can be downloaded here. Pitch spaces are limited and Biggleswade Town Council endeavour to accommodate requests so as to ensure equal opportunities for all teams. Cancellation of bookings
The cancellation of an existing booking must be communicated to the Town Council to avoid a chargeable non-use of the facility/charges being applied. A chargeable non-use of the facility may be requested at the Town Council’s discretion.
