Safer Central, Central Bedfordshire’s Community Safety Partnership

We trust that you are all aware of Safer Central, Central Bedfordshire’s Community Safety Partnership, a statutory partnership made up of five statutory services (Central Bedfordshire Council, Bedfordshire Police, Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue Service, National Probation Services & the Clinical Commissioning Group) and other agencies, whose aim is to reduce crime and disorder in Central Bedfordshire.

Each year Safer Central runs a Crime and Community Safety Survey, which asks our residents a number of questions about their local area. All responses are reviewed and used to shape the work of the partnership, we are really keen to have our residents feedback and for us to be able to use this to ensure we are focussing our work in the right areas and on what our residents want. The 2022 survey is now available and I am writing to you all to ask for your support in sharing our survey as wide as possible, through the networks and communication tools you have.

Our survey is online on our website – Safer Central – Community Safety Survey and we have also been hand delivering hard copies in some areas.

Please share to on social media @safercentral on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

If possible please spare some time to fill out the survey and also share with your networks.
