The Mayor of Biggleswade, Councillor Mark Foster, had the pleasure of meeting local resident Sylvia Shephard on her 100th birthday.
On behalf of Biggleswade Town Council, a birthday card and flowers were presented to Sylvia on Sunday, 16th July 2023.
