BRIDGE Project works with perpetrators of domestic abuse who demonstrate a willingness to change their behaviours. We aim to reduce and prevent abuse and increase victim and survivors’ safety.
• We provide support to male and female perpetrators over 16 years of age, in heterosexual or same-sex relationships. The intervention includes individually tailored and peer group behaviour change programmes.
• The BRIDGE Project team will provide advice and guidance to professionals working in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough, working with perpetrators and victims of domestic abuse. Working with victim services, we will introduce a whole picture approach to improve the local response to, and challenge perpetrator behaviour.
