Following the success of the last Business Forum in October 2024, Biggleswade Town Council is delighted to announce the next Business Forum Conference, taking place on Friday 25th July 2025, from 10:00am to 1:00pm at The Orchard Community Centre.
With Biggleswade continuing to grow and develop at pace, the forum aims to bring together the local business community — from high street retailers and tradespeople to home-based entrepreneurs and those considering their first business venture. The event will offer a space to share ideas, explore opportunities, and help shape the future of our town’s economy.
Strong Partnerships and Inspiring Speakers
This year’s event is organised in partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council and will feature a compelling line-up of speakers, including:
- The MP for North East Bedfordshire, Richard Fuller
- The Mayor of Biggleswade, Cllr Jonathan Woodhead
- The Chair of the Town Centre Management Committee, Cllr Sarju Patel
- Award-winning local businesses in innovation and export
- A major developer discussing the town’s growth and infrastructure
- A leader from the social economy sector, highlighting inclusive opportunities
The forum will also provide updates on town centre projects and offer insight into how businesses can contribute to — and benefit from — ongoing place-shaping strategies.
